Provide whole house infiltration test, also required for permit.

Should house test “Tight” due to improved windows which reduces house leakage, it may be necessary to add ventilation air to home to meet code requirements. Typically $400.00 to $600.00. this is a continuous fan operation. This would also make ready the home should you finish out the house with another dual zone for the main house. The testing would reveal if this is required or not.

Provide City of Tucson Permit and Inspection.

Did not Price the “Gree” brand as the equipment warranty is only 7-Year compressor and 5-Year Parts.

You are hereby authorized to furnish all materials and labor required to complete the work mentioned in the above proposal, for which the undersigned agrees to pay the amount mentioned in said proposal, and according to the terms thereof. The material delivered or installed under this order shall not be deemed a fixture, but shall remain the property of and subject to the removal by Russett Southwest Corporation, until the agreed terms are complied with.
